SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to the U.S. and all international destinations under a unified, flat-rate shipping policy:

  • Orders of $19.99 and above: Shipping is completely FREE worldwide.
  • Orders under $19.99: A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies globally.

Estimated Delivery Times (Once Shipped):

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • International (Rest of the World): 8–15 business days

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using the provided link.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS & CUSTOMS

  • Please provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • International Customers: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with proof.
  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim.
  • We will replace or refund your order at our discretion.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes.
  • High order volume during peak seasons.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
